  • Why is the hotel charging a $20 fee?

There is a code that has been placed in the master account that lets the hotel agents know that our group WILL NOT pay the resort fee, however central reservation agents are instructed to advise every guest about the fee.  Please pass the word on to our members that when they book their rooms and they get a confirmation email, they might see on the reservation summary the resort fee, but once they arrive the system will overwrite those charges. Rest assured that none from “The American Legion” group will be charged the fee.
